I understand that all products I sell at the Earth to Table Vegan Market must be artisanal goods that I made, baked or grew.

I understand that a copy of my insurance is within 2 weeks of registration or a minimum of 2 weeks before the event, which ever occurs first.

I understand that parking is NOT provided onsite and that the spaces beside the Laurel Packinghouse are only for loading and unloading. I also understand that the parking spots at the Rotary Centre for the Arts are reserved 24 hours a day and that I may be towed if I leave my vehicle in any of these spots.

I understand that there are no refunds for purchased booths. If I am unable to attend I may request to transfer this booth to the next scheduled market for a transfer fee of $20+tax. This transfer must be requested a minimum of 14 days before the event and is subject to a replacement being found for the spot I reserved. If my spot cannot be filled then my vendor fee cannot be transferred to a future market.
